Phoenix Fitness and Yoga’s purpose is to strengthen the body and make it more flexible, as well as to calm the mind and awaken the spirit to provide a physical, mental and spiritual system of health-promoting healing, strength, and gaining confidence to make things less overwhelming. It does this through physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practice. Phoenix Fitness and Yoga is inspired by the Phoenix bird, which in Greek mythology lives for hundreds of years, dies in the fire, and is reborn from its own ashes. When we had our first call, the owner, Trish, had just started looking into websites and was considering using an off-the-shelf yoga-specific product and was unsure how everything worked. After we both reviewed we came up with what is now phoenixfitnessandyoga.com. This was a super fun project and we look forward to working with Trish in the future!
